- Step 1 Heat a kadhai, add 2 tsp oil, 1/4 inch cinnamon stick, 1/4 tsp jeera, black peppercorns, star anise, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, bay leaf and saute
- Step 2 Add 2 tbsp chopped methi leaves, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp salt and cook until soft
- Step 3 Add cooked rice and mix well
- Step 4 Add 2 tbsp sweet corn and cook for a minute until all flavors meld together
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 6 Serve hot.
