A rice dish with the goodness of corn and a variety of vegetables makes a fiber packed meal option, easy to make and highly nutritious.
Heat kadhai, 2 tsp oil, 1/4th inch cinnamon stick, 1/4th tsp jeera, 5 no. black pepper, 1 no. star anise, 1/4th tsp chopped green chilli, 1 no. bay leaf, saute well. 2 tbsp chopped methi leaves, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp salt, stir well.
Add cooked rice, mix well. then add 2 tbsp sweet corn, white sesame seeds (Nutritional Twist), mix well.
