Sweet Corn and Sprouts is a good combination of protein and energy and gives a good satiety value. Have it as your mid morning or evening snack to keep you energized and full till your next meal!

1/2 Tbsp(7.0 gm) Whole Moong
15.8 Ml(16.0 ml) Water
1/8 Chopped Cup(17.0 gm) Cucumber
3 Boiled Tbsp(36.0 gm) Sweet Corn
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Dry Mango Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.38 gm) Red Chilli Flakes
1 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Basil Leaves
  • Add 3 tbsp boiled corn, sprouted whole moong, 1/8th cup chopped cucumber.

  • Now add 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp chopped basil leaves, 1/4th tsp dry mango powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Mix well and serve.
