- Step 1 Heat pan with 1 tsp butter, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until light brown
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp boiled chopped potato, 2 tbsp sweet corn, 1/2 tbsp grated coconut and salt for taste
- Step 3 Pour water as required and simmer until vegetables are soft
- Step 4 Cool down and blend to a smooth consistency.
- Step 5 Heat another pan, add vegetable mixture, pour Nestlé A+ Milk, 1 tbsp grated cheese and whisk until smooth
- Step 6 Simmer for 5 mins.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding pumpkin seeds
- Step 8 Serve warm
