- Step 1 Heat a pan add water and bring it to a boil
- Step 2 Add 3 tbsp sweet corn and cook until soft and set aside.
- Step 3 In a bowl, add boiled sweet corn, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 4 Season with 1/4 tsp chat masala, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and ross it well
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle twist by adding pomegranate
- Step 6 Garnish with 1/2 tbsp sev and chopped coriander leaves.
