Corn Chaat Recipe

The word ‘chaat’ aptly describes savory, sweet and tangy snacks as they are finger licking good and one can never get enough it. Corn along with veggies and dash of lemon juice makes up for a wonderful tiffin snack or serve it as an evening snack for kids.

1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Lemon Juice

1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Sev

1/4 Tsp(0.48 gm) Chaat Masala
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(0.46 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
  • Boil 3 tbsp sweet corn and keep aside.

  • In a mixing bowl, add sweet corn, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp chat masala, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1/2 tbsp sev.

  • Mix well all the ingredients well.

  • Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
