This fiber and protein rich version of kadhi is super healthy and delicious !
In a bowl, add 4 tbsp curd, 2 tsp ragi, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp green chilly paste, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, whisk till smooth
Heat 1/2 tsp ghee in a kadai, add 1/8th tsp rai, 1/8th tsp jeera, 1 cinnamon, 1/8th tsp methi seeds, 1 clove, 4 curry leaves, 1 red chilly, 1 tbsp corn, 1 tbsp grated carrot, saute it well
Add the curd mix
Mix it well
Simmer for 1 min
Garnish with mint leaves
Serve it hot
