- Step 1 In a bowl, add 4 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 4 tbsp ragi flour, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and whisk till smooth consistency.
- Step 2 Heat 1/2 tsp ghee in a kadai, add 1/8 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp jeera, 1 cinnamon stick, 1/8 tsp methi seeds, 1 clove, 4 curry leaves, 1 red chilli,1 tbsp corn, 1 tbsp grated carrot, saute it well
- Step 3 Add the Nestlé A+ Curd mix and mix it well.
- Step 4 Simmer for 1 min.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves and serve hot.
