0.13 Cup(19.0 gm) Sweet Corn
1/4 Cup(31.0 gm) Besan
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
0.13 Tsp(0.18 gm) Garam Masala
0.13 Tsp(0.29 gm) Ajwain
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
10.0 Ml(10.0 ml) Water
  • In a mixing bowl, add 1/3 cup besan, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp garam masala, 1/8th tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste and water and mix well.

  • Add 1/8 cup sweet corn to the batter and mix well. Heat oil for frying. Deep fry the corn pakoda.
