In a bowl, add 1/4 cup besan, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp garam masala, 1/8 tsp ajwain and 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste.
- Step 2
Add water to adjust the consistency.
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 4
Add 1/8 cup sweet corn to the batter and mix well.
- Step 5
Heat a pan with oil for frying.
- Step 6
Deep fry the corn bhajiya.
- Step 7
Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
