In a mixing bowl, add 1/3 cup besan, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp garam masala, 1/8th tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste and water and mix well.
Add 1/8 cup sweet corn to the batter and mix well. Heat oil for frying. Deep fry the corn pakoda.
