- Step 1
In a bowl, take 1 tbsp cooked rajma, 2 tbsp sweet corn, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/4 tsp salt and boiled and mashed sweet potato.
- Step 2
Mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 3
Shape a patty from the mashed mix and coat with 1 tbsp bread crumbs.
- Step 4
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 5
Shallow fry the patty until it turns golden brown from all sides.
- Step 6
Slice open 1 mediumsized burger bun, through the center.
- Step 7
Apply 1 tbsp of cream cheese on each half, put 2 slices of onion, 2 slices of tomato, 1 lettuce leaf and the patty.
- Step 8
Cover the bun and serve.
