Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
To prepare the dough, in a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp maida,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk, and 1/4th tsp salt.
- Step 2
Mix all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 3
Rest the dough for 5 minutes.
- Step 4
To prepare the filling, in a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp grated paneer, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/8th tsp dry mango powder 1/4th tsp jeera powder and 1.5 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 5
Mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 6
To prepare the kulcha, first, roll the dough and fill the stuffing into its center.
- Step 7
Seal and fold again, and flatten into a kulcha.
- Step 8
On a heated tawa, moisten the base of the kulcha with water and roast in 2 tsp ghee.
- Step 9
Tasty coriander paneer kulcha is ready to serve hot.
