Steps

- Step 6 5 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 7 Mix all the ingredients well
- Step 8 To prepare the kulcha, first, roll the dough and fill the stuffing into its center
- Step 9 Seal and fold again, and flatten into a kulcha
- Step 10 On a heated tawa, moisten the base of the kulcha with water and roast in 2 tsp ghee
- Step 11 Tasty coriander paneer kulcha is ready to serve hot
