Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk,1/8 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 2
Knead into a soft dough and rest for 5 minutes
- Step 3
In a bowl add 3 tbsp grated coconut, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder,1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/2 tsp crushed dhania, 3 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 5
Roll a dough ball to a round shape, add the coconut filling, seal the edges and roll it again
- Step 6
Heat a tawa, add the kulcha and cook with ghee until light brown
- Step 7
Serve hot
