- Step 1 Knead a semi soft dough using 3/4th cup maida, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/8th tsp ajwain, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp oil and water as required.
- Step 2 Rest the dough for 5 mins
- Step 3 Divide it into equal sized balls
- Step 4 Roll out into round shape
- Step 5 Give a nestle twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 6 Heat oil for frying and deep fry till golden brown
- Step 7 Serve hot.
