Steps
- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 tsp olive oil, 1/4th tsp lemon juice, 1/10th tsp black salt, 1/8th tsp crushed black pepper and mix well
- Step 2 Add 1/8th cup of each diced yellow capsicum, cucumber, cherry tomato, onion, and 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves
