In a blender add 1 cup diced cucumber, 1/4th cup curd, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp chopped pudina, 1/4th tsp salt and a little water.
Blend it to liquid consistency.
Spread 1 tbsp grated tofu.
