- Step 1 In a blender, add 1/2 cup diced cucumber, 2 tbsp coconut milk, 2 garlic pods, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp grated lemon zest, 2 tsp chopped pudina, 1/4 tsp salt and 2 ice cubes.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding walnuts.
- Step 3 Blend the ingredients to a smooth puree.
- Step 4 Top it with 1 tsp chopped tomato and 1 tsp chopped onion.
- Step 5 Serve cold.
