- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1 tbsp ragi flour, 1/2 tbsp rice flour, 1 tbsp jowar flour and mix well.
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp grated zucchini, 2 tsp grated dry coconut, 1/4 tsp jeera,1/8 tsp red chili powder and salt for taste.
- Step 3
Knead into a semisoft dough using warm water as required
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 5
Cover and rest the dough
- Step 6
Divide into equal parts and roll it evenly
- Step 7
Heat a tava and roast using coconut oil on both sides until light brown
- Step 8
Serve with curries or raita
