Steps
- Step 1
Soak and sprout 2 tsp whole moong.
- Step 2
Take a kadhai anf heat 1 tsp ghee.
- Step 3
Add 1/4th tsp rai, 1/8th tsp hing, 4 kadi patta, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste and saute well.
- Step 4
To this, add sprouted whole moong, 1/4th tsp salt and saute well.
- Step 5
Then add 1/3 cup coconut milk, water and mix well
- Step 6
Add besan mixture and stir well.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
