Coconut rice is a easy and flavorful rice dish made using fresh grated coconut, tempering spices and rice.
Heat kadhai, 1 tbsp ghee, 2 no. cloves, 1 no. bay leaf, 4 tsp jaggery powder, saute well.
Then add cooked rice, 4 tsp grated fresh coconut, 1/2 tsp elaichi powder, 5 no. kesar strand, saute well.
Add white sesame seeds (Nutritional Twist), mix well. Serve hot.
