Coconut Ragi Porridge Recipe

Calcium rich warm beverage with delightful flavor of coconut. A very healthy concoction of millet and coconut made without sugar.

10 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
1 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Fresh Coconut
1/4 Tsp(0.5 gm) Black Elaichi
2 Powder Tsp(6.0 gm) Jaggery
1/2 Cup(71.0 ml) Coconut Milk
2 Flour Tbsp(12.0 gm) Ragi
  • Dry roast 2 tbsp ragi flour till light brown.

  • Add water and whisk it till no lumps.

  • Gradually pour 1/2 cup coconut milk, 2 tsp jaggery powder and stir it well

  • Simmer on low flame, add water if desired.

  • Add 1/8th tsp black cardamom powder.

  • Garnish with 1 tsp grated fresh coconut

  • Sip warm.
