Dry roast 2 tbsp ragi flour till light brown.
Add water and whisk it till no lumps.
Gradually pour 1/2 cup coconut milk, 2 tsp jaggery powder and stir it well
Simmer on low flame, add water if desired.
Add 1/8th tsp black cardamom powder.
Garnish with 1 tsp grated fresh coconut
