- Step 1
In a bowl add 1/4 cup coconut milk, 2 tbsp ragi flour,1/2 tsp jaggery powder and mix it well to create a lumpfree mixture.
- Step 2
In a pan add water as required ,1/8 tsp salt, coconut ragi mixture, mix and cook it well till the soup thickens.
- Step 3
Add 1.5 tbsp grated fresh coconut and mix it well.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
