- Step 1 In a blender add 2 tbsp grated coconut, 1 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp chopped pudina, 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder and 2 tbsp tender coconut malai.
- Step 2 Pour in 3/4 cup coconut water
- Step 3 Blend everything until smooth
- Step 4 Garnish with a slice of lemon
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 6 Serve chilled.
