0.75 Cup(155.0 ml) Coconut Water
2.0 Tbsp(35.0 gm) Tender Coconut Malai
2.0 Grated Tbsp(12.0 gm) Fresh Coconut
1/2 Chopped Tsp(0.38 gm) Pudina
0.13 Powder Tsp(0.25 gm) Green Elaichi
1.0 Tsp(4.0 gm) Sugar
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
  • Take a blender and add 2 tbsp grated coconut, 1 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp chopped pudina, 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder and 2 tbsp tender coconut malai.

  • Further pour in 3/4 cup of coconut water.

  • Blend, making sure all the ingredients are distributed evenly.

  • Garnish with a slice of lemon.

  • Serve chilled.
