- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1/4 tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 4 tbsp grated pumpkin and cook for a minute
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding ajwain
- Step 3 Add 4 tbsp grated coconut and mix well and keep aside.
- Step 4 In a bowl to add 3.5 tbsp wheat flour, 1/4 tsp oil and 1/4 tsp salt
- Step 5 Pour in a little water, knead into a soft dough and keep aside.
- Step 6 Divide the dough into equal parts and roll each into a thick round paratha
- Step 7 Place a spoonful of the filling in the centre, gather the edges, seal and roll again to a round paratha
- Step 8 Heat a nonstick tawa, place the paratha and roast on both sides with ghee until light brown
- Step 9 Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd.
