A traditional Indian flatbread "Paratha" is commonly cooked in Indian family and the combination of coconut and pumpkin makes this recipe calorie dense for an individual.
In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp grated coconut, 1 tbsp grated pumpkin and 2 tsp jaggery.
Add required amount of and knead it into a soft dough.
Roll the dough into a paratha.
On the tava, roast both sides of the paratha with 1 tsp ghee.
Serve it hot.
