Coconuts are high in manganese (bone health), proteins, and cholesterol. They are also rich in copper and iron.
In a kadai, heat 1/2 cup coconut milk, add 1/2 cup coconut water.
Add the prepared corn flour slurry and mix it well.
Allow it to simmer
Add 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp butter, 1 beaten egg and mix it well.
Pour it into a tin.
Transfer it to a double boiler
Cover and cook till it is done.
