1 Grated Tbsp(3.0 gm) Dry Coconut

1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Vanilla Extract

2 Powder Tbsp(22.0 gm) Sugar

2 Tbsp(27.0 gm) Cream

1/2 Cup(71.0 gm) Coconut Milk
In a bowl, add 1/2 cup coconut milk, 2 tbsp cream, 2 tbsp powder sugar, beat this until fluffy.
Now, add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and fold 1 tbsp grated coconut kernel.
Add mixture in the popsicle and freeze overnight.
Serve chilled.
