2 Chopped Tbsp(7.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
2 Number(0.75 gm) Red Chilly
1/2 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Ginger
2 Tbsp(43.0 gm) Soya Sauce
1 Tbsp(24.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup(36.0 ml) Coconut Milk
2 Tbsp(30.0 gm) Peanut Butter
  • Whisk 1/4th cup coconut milk, 2 tbsp peanut butter,2 tbsp lemon juice, 3 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1 whole red chilly, and 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves together until smooth.

  • Cover and chill until ready to serve.
