For Jaggery Syrup
- Step 1 In a pan add 1/4 cup chopped jaggery, water as required, mix and cook
- Step 2 it well.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.

For Kozukattai
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/8 cup rice flour,1/8 tsp salt,1/4 tsp ghee, required hot
- Step 2 water, mix and make a dough.
- Step 3 Make small, crack free balls from the dough.
- Step 4 In other pan add 1 cup coconut milk and bring to boil and add in the
- Step 5 balls.
- Step 6 Cover and cook it well.
- Step 7 Add into the 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder, jaggery syrup, mix and cook it well.
- Step 8 Serve.
