For Jaggery Syrup
In a pan add 1/4 cup chopped jaggery, water as required,mix and cook it well.
In a mixing bowl add 1/8 cup rice flour,1/8 tsp salt,1/4 tsp ghee, hot water as required, mix and make a dough.
Make small round balls from the dough.
In a pan add 1 cup coconut milk and bring to a boil,add into the flour balls.
Then cover and cook it well.
Add into the 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder, jaggery syrup, mix and cook it well.
