Coconut Ladoo Recipe

Coconut ladoos are the easiest of all the ladoos to make. Coconut provides disease-fighting antioxidants, promoting blood sugar regulation, and reducing certain risk factors for heart disease.

4 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Dry Coconut (Grated)
2 Tbsp(20.0 gm) Khoa
1/4 Tsp(0.5 gm) Green Elaichi (Powder)
2 Tbsp(22.0 gm) Sugar (Powder)
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
  • Heat a kadai, add 4 tbsp coconut kernels, 1/2 tsp ghee.

  • Mix it well and keep it aside in a bowl.

  • Roast 2 tbsp khoa in a pan.

  • Remove it in the bowl and let it cool.

  • Add it to coconut mixture

  • Add 2 tbsp sugar powder, 1/4th tsp green elaichi powder and mix it well.

  • Add 1/2 tsp ghee for binding.

  • Mix it well.

  • Mould it into ladoos and serve.
