Coconut Ladoo Recipe

Coconut Ladoo made with coconut and jaggery is the simplest to make of all the ladoos, with a sweet, aromatic flavour and chewy texture, along with providing the richness of healthy fats and other health benefits.

1/2 Grated Cup(26.0 gm) Dry Coconut
2.0 Tbsp(20.0 gm) Khoa
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.5 gm) Green Elaichi
2.0 Powder Tbsp(22.0 gm) Sugar
2.0 Tsp(6.0 gm) Ghee
  • Heat a kadai, add 1/2 cup coconut kernels, 1/2 tsp ghee.

  • Mix it well and keep it aside in a bowl.

  • Roast 2 tbsp khoa in a pan.

  • Remove it in the bowl and let it cool.

  • Add it to coconut mixture

  • Add 2 tbsp sugar powder, 1/4th tsp green elaichi powder and mix it well.

  • Add 1 tsp ghee for binding.

  • Mix it well.

  • Mould it into ladoos and serve.
