- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1 tbsp besan, mix well and keep it aside.
- Step 2 Heat kadhai on low flame, add 2 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 2 no. cloves, 1 no. bay leaf and saute.
- Step 3 Add the coconut milk mix and 1/4th tsp salt.
- Step 4 Give a nestle twist by sprinkling black sesame seeds.
- Step 5 Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6 Simmer for a minute.
- Step 7 Serve hot with steamed rice.
