Steps
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/3 cup coconut milk,1 tbsp jowar flour and mix well
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, water and whisk the mixture till smooth consistency
- Step 3 In a kadhai, heat 1 tsp ghee
- Step 4 Add 1/8 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 cinnamon stick, 2 cloves, 1/8 tsp methi seeds, 1 red chilly, 4 kadi patta and saute well
- Step 5 Add the coconut milk mixture, stir well and cook
- Step 6 Serve hot with rice
