- Step 1 Soak and pressure cook the chickpeas.
- Step 2 In a blender jar, add cooked chickpeas, 2 tsp white til, 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 garlic pod, 2 tsp coconut oil and water as required.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding red bell pepper.
- Step 4 Blend it well until a smooth paste of desired consistency is formed.
- Step 5 Serve with a snack or any dish of your choice.
