- Step 1 Roast 1 small brinjal. Remove the skin and mash them.
- Step 2 In a bowl add roasted mashed brinjal, 2 tbsp fresh coconut, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd and combine all together.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding peanuts.
