3 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
2 Tbsp(30.0 gm) Fresh Coconut
10 Ml(10.0 ml) Water
  • Knead a semi soft dough using 3 tbsp wheati flour, 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tbsp curry leaves powder 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp salt and water if required.

  • Rest the dough for 5 mins.

  • Divide the dough into equal parts, roll it in thick round shape.

  • On a pan roast it on both sides
