A summer cool bowl made from Nestlé A+ Curd. A perfect bowl to soothe your gut and maintain the water and electrolyte balance in body. Nestlé A+ Curd with it's probiotic property helps in digestion of food and goodness of mustard helps in lowering blood pressure. Include a bowl of this raita in your meals.

4 Tbsp(60.0 gm) Coconut Cream
3 Grated Tbsp(56.0 gm) Cucumber
1 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Mustard Powder
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
  • In a bowl add 4 tbsp coconut cream, 3 tbsp grated cucumber, 1 tbsp mustard powder, 1/8th tsp green chilli paste, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and 1/8th tsp salt, mix well.

  • Serve with paratha.
