Coconut chutney is a Southern Indian chutney-side-dish and condiment, a common in the Indian subcontinent. The condiment is made with coconut pulp ground with other ingredients such as green chillies and coriander. It is served with dosa, idli and vada. making it nutritious and making it high in energy, flavored chutney healthy and liked by all.
Add 1/4th cup chopped fresh coconut and 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, add 1 tbsp chana Dal, 1/4th tsp tamarind paste, add 1 tsp chopped green chili, 1/4th tsp salt
Blend Well and add water & blend.
Add 1/2 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp rai allow it to crackle, 4 kadi patta, 1/4th tsp black urad dal
Add Tadka on Chutney
