  • Cook 2 tsp rice

  • 2 tbsp coconut milk

  • In a bowl, add cooked 2 tsp rice, 1 tbsp besan, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 2 tbsp coconut milk, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1/4th tsp black til and 1/4th tsp salt.

  • Mix all the ingredients well.

  • In a frying pan, add 1/2 tsp oil and spread the above pancake mixture.

  • Cover & cook till done.

  • Flip the pancake and cook on the other side.

  • Serve it hot.
