- Step 1 In a pan add 1 tsp coconut oil, add 1/2 cup chopped carrots and saute
- Step 2 Add water as required and season with 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and salt for taste
- Step 3 Cover and cook until soft
- Step 4 Blend until smooth using an immersive blender
- Step 5 Add 2 tbsp coconut milk, 1 tsp chopped parsley and mix well
- Step 6 Simmer over low flame until all flavors combine well
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding pumpkin seeds
- Step 8 Serve warm.
