- Step 1 In a bowl add cooked rice, 1 tbsp besan, 1.5 tbsp coconut milk, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tbsp grated broccoli.
- Step 2 Mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 3 Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp oil, add a spoonful of batter and spread the mixture evenly.
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds
- Step 5 Cover and cook on both sides.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
