This coconuty pancake is rich in fibre and is extremely flavorful. It has loads of good fat and protein.
Cook 2 tsp rice
2 tbsp coconut milk
In a bowl, add cooked 2 tsp rice, 1 tbsp besan, 1 tbsp grated broccoli , 2 tbsp coconut milk, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp jeera powder and 1/4th tsp salt.
Mix all the ingredients well.
In a frying pan, add 1/2 tsp oil and spread the above pancake mixture.
Cover & cook till done.
Flip the pancake and cook on the other side.
Serve it hot.
