These savoury pancakes are a healthy option that you can make anytime, serve it with tomato ketchup or chutney ! These very easy to make pancakes are rich in fiber and have loads of good fats.
To prepare the batter, take a mixing bowl, add the cooked rice,1 tbsp besan, 2 tbsp coconut milk and mix well.
To this add boiled beetroot, 1/2 tsp grated ginger,1/4 tsp jeera powder,
1/8 tsp ajwain, and 1/4 tsp salt.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Then heat a pan, add 1/2 tsp oil.
Spread the batter evenly, cover & cook and cook from both sides.
