These pancakes are a healthy pancake options that you can make anytime, serve it with tomato ketchup or chutney ! These very easy to make pancakes are rich in fiber and have loads to good fats .
To prepare the batter, take a mixing bowl, add 2 tsp cooked rice,1 tbsp besan, 2 tbsp coconut milk and mix well.
To this add 1 tbsp grated beetroot, 2 tsp fresh grated coconut, 1/2 tsp grated ginger,1/4th tsp jeera powder,
1/8th tsp ajwain, and 1/4th tsp salt.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Then heat a pan, add 1/2 tsp oil.
Spread the batter evenly and cook well.
