0.75 Cup(107.0 ml) Coconut Milk
1/2 Chopped Cup(38.0 gm) Pineapple
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(18.0 gm) Palak
1.0 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Basil Leaves
1.0 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
3.0 Cube(30.0 gm) Ice Cube
  • In a blender, add 3/4 cup coconut milk, 1 tbsp chopped palak, 1/8 tsp salt and 1 tsp chopped basil leaves.

  • Add 1 tsp lemon juice and 3 Ice cubes.

  • Blend until smooth consistency.

  • Add 1/2 cup chopped pineapple.

  • Serve chilled.
