1 Tbsp(23.0 gm) Ghee
  • Heat 1.5 tbsp ghee add poha mixture and roast for 2 mins.

  • Add cup of warm water, stir continuously on a low flame to avoid lumps.

  • As it gets thick add 1.5 tbsp jaggery powder, 1 tbsp grated coconut and saffron water.

  • Mix well and cook till it leaves the sides of pan and come together.

  • Add 1/4 tsp cardamom powder and mix again.

  • Switch off the flame.

  • Serve Warm.
