- Step 1 Heat a pan with 2 tsp ghee, add poha and roast for a minute.
- Step 2 Pour water and quickly mix it to remove any lumps.
- Step 3 Add 1.5 tbsp jaggery powder, 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 1/4 tsp black elaichi powder and saffron water.
- Step 4 Mix well and cook until it leaves the sides of the pan.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped cashewnuts.
- Step 6 Garnish with 1 tsp raisins and serve warm.
