Citrus Rajma Dip Recipe

A platter of crunchy and fresh veggies tastes best with creamy and smooth textured rajma dip with a dash of lemon and spice. A tantalizing and healthy snack to munch on.

3 Tbsp(42.0 gm) Rajma

2 Tbsp(16.0 gm) Onion (Chopped)

1 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Curd

1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Red Chilly Powder

1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
ingredients
3/4 Tsp(4.0 gm) Garlic Paste
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt

As Required(15.0 ml) Water
  • In a grinding jar take 1 bowl cooked rajma, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/3rd tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp curd, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and 1/4th tsp salt.

  • Add a little water while blending, to obtain a smooth consistency. Spread it evenly on a platter.

  • Serve cold or room temperature.
