Churma Ladoo (Wheat Flour Ladoo) Recipe

Churma ladoo is a traditional sweet snack, that provides a good boost of carbohydrates and healthy fats and replaces sugar content with healthier jaggery.

1/2 Cup(73.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
4.0 Tbsp(45.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
3.0 Powder Tbsp(31.0 gm) Jaggery
3.0 Tbsp(45.0 gm) Ghee
1.0 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil
  • In a mixing bowl, take 1/2 cup wheat flour and 2 tbsp ghee.

  • Mix well continuously and add 4 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk.

  • Knead this into a semisoft dough and shape into Batis.

  • Now, in a kadhai, heat oil for deep frying.

  • Fry the prepared batis till they turn golden and crispy and keep aside.

  • Grind prepared batis and make fine powder.

  • Now, in a heated pan, add remaining Ghee and 3 tbsp jaggery powder

  • Allow it to melt and add powdered batis into it.

  • Shape into ladoos.

  • Tasty churma ladoo is ready to serve.
