Churma ladoo is a traditional sweet snack, that provides a good boost of carbohydrates and healthy fats and replaces sugar content with healthier jaggery.

In a mixing bowl, take 1/2 cup wheat flour and 2 tbsp ghee.
Mix well continuously and add 4 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk.
Knead this into a semisoft dough and shape into Batis.
Now, in a kadhai, heat oil for deep frying.
Fry the prepared batis till they turn golden and crispy and keep aside.
Grind prepared batis and make fine powder.
Now, in a heated pan, add remaining Ghee and 3 tbsp jaggery powder
Allow it to melt and add powdered batis into it.
Shape into ladoos.
Tasty churma ladoo is ready to serve.
