- Step 1
Melt 1 tsp butter in a frying pan at a low flame and add 1/8th cup diced onion, 1/8th cup diced red capsicum, 1/8th cup diced green capsicum, 1/8th cup diced yellow capsicum, 1/8th cup diced carrot and sauté.
- Step 2
Once the vegetables are slightly softened add 1 tbsp boiled sweet corn, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
- Step 3
Along with the required amount of water, add 1 tsp red chilli sauce, 1 tsp soya sauce and 1 tsp vinegar.
- Step 4
Stirring the soup well, bring it to a boil and allow it to cook for a few more minutes.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
