- Step 1
Boil 1/4 cup rice noodles with 1/8 tsp olive oil. Strain and deep fry boiled noodles in oil.
- Step 2
In a pan heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp chopped garlic,1/2 tbsp chopped spring onion and saute it well.
- Step 3
Add 5 carrot slices,1 tbsp julienne green cabbage,1/8 cup diced onion,1/8 cup diced green capsicum,1 tbsp tomato ketchup,1/2 tsp vinegar,1/2 tsp soya sauce,1/8 tsp schezwan sauce,1/8 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 tsp salt,1/8 tsp sugar and saute on high flame.
- Step 4
Add water as required, cornflour slurry, mix, and cook it well.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 6
Serve with fried rice noodles.
