Yummy Indian snacks for a chat-pata mood that provides wholesome of proteins.
Boil and chopped 2 tbsp potatoes.
Soak chole overnight. Boil and mash the 2 tbsp chole.
In a mixing bowl, add the boiled and mashed chole, 2 tbsp boiled, chopped potatoes,1 tbsp bread crumbs,1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp amchur. Mix it well. Make 4 cutlets.
Take a pan and add 1 tbsp oil and shallow fry both the sides until turns golden brown.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
