3.0 Tbsp(34.0 gm) Chole
3.0 Boiled Chopped Tbsp(37.0 gm) Potato
1.0 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Bread Crumbs
1/4 Tsp(0.38 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Dry Mango Powder
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil
  • Pre preparation

    Boil and chopped 2 tbsp potatoes.

  • Soak chole overnight. Boil and mash the 2 tbsp chole.

  • Preparation

    In a mixing bowl, add the boiled and mashed chole, 2 tbsp boiled, chopped potatoes,1 tbsp bread crumbs,1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp amchur. Mix it well. Make 4 cutlets.

  • Take a pan and add 1 tbsp oil and shallow fry both the sides until turns golden brown.

  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
