For Samosa
- Step 1 Add 1/3 cup of boiled and mashed potato in bowl.
- Step 2 Then, add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp each of haldi, red chili powder, dhania powder, garam masala and ajwain.
- Step 3 Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 3 tbsp boiled peas and mash well until the ingredients combine.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 5 Roll the prepared dough using a rolling pin.
- Step 6 Spoon a sizeable portion of the stuffing into the centre of the rolled dough.
- Step 7 Using a knife, trim away the edges, to form a rectangle.
- Step 8 Now, fold in the edges, to form a triangular samosa shape.
- Step 9 Place them on the prepared tray and brush 1.5 tsp oil on top of each samosa.
- Step 10 Bake the samosa in preheated oven for 810 minutes. Turn them over and bake for another 56 minutes till the samosa covering golden brown.

For Chole
- Step 1 Add 1 tsp oil to a heated kadhai.
- Step 2 Next, add 1/2 tsp jeera, and 1.5 tbsp each of chopped onion and tomato.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp of salt, and 1.5 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute well.
- Step 4 Add 1/4 tsp each of red chili powder, haldi, garam masala, 1 tbsp chole masala and 1/8 tsp hing.
- Step 5 Saute all the ingredients well.
- Step 6 Add the soaked and boiled chole.
- Step 7 Add sufficient water, mix well, cover the kadhai with a lid and let it cook for 10 mins.
- Step 8 Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, mix and cook it well.

For Chaat
- Step 1 Now, add the chole to a plate, break the samosa and add to the chole.
- Step 2 Add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, tamarind chutney, add 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp tomato,1 tbsp sev,1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 3 Serve.
