For chole
- Step 1 Soak and boil 1/8th cup of chole and keep aside.
- Step 2 Continue preparation by adding 1/2 tsp oil into a heated kadhai.
- Step 3 Next, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 2/3 tbsp each of chopped onion and tomato.
- Step 4 Add 1/4 tsp of salt, 2/3 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute well.
- Step 5 Add 1/8th tsp each of red chilli powder, haldi, garam masala, 1/2 tbsp chole masala, and 1/8th tsp hing.
- Step 6 Saute all the ingredients well.
- Step 7 Add the soaked and boiled chole.
- Step 8 Add sufficient water, mix well, cover the kadhai with a lid and let it cook for 10 mins.
- Step 9 Finally, garnish with 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and white sesame seeds for a nutritional twist.

- Step 1 To make pooris, knead flour into a smooth and firm dough.
- Step 2 Roll dough balls with a rolling pin.
- Step 3 Give a nestle twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 4 Heat sufficient oil in a kadhai for deep frying the pooris.
- Step 5 Fry pooris, gently pressing down to cook to a golden brown.
- Step 6 Serve hot with the chole.
