Rich in proteins and carbs,this Indian dish will fulfill your spicy taste buds.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.
Add 1/4th tsp jeera, 1 bay leaf, 1 chakra flower, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute.
Add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp amchur powder, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp garam masala and mix.
Now add 2 tbsp boiled chana, 1/4th cup boiled potato, 50 ml water and mix.
Garnish with 1 tsp coriander leaves, add 1/2 tsp chole masala.
Serve hot with puri or roti.
