- Step 1 In a bowl add chole mixture, 1 tbsp chopped methi leaves, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp fruit salt and a little water
- Step 2 Mix well and set aside
- Step 3 Grease a stainless steel plate and pour the prepared batter.
- Step 4 Cover and place the plate in the steamer.
- Step 5 Cook until done and allow it cool
- Step 6 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/8 tsp rai, kadi patta, 1/8 tsp hing and allow to crackle.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 8 Add tadka on dhokla and garnish it with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 9 Serve chola dal methi dhokla with chutney.
