Chola Dal Dhokla with Mint Chutney Recipe

As Required(15.0 ml) Water

  • In a bowl add cooked chole, 2 tbsp suji, 1/4 tsp haldi ,1/4 tsp salt , 1/4 tsp green chilly paste, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste & add water and mix well, add 1/2 tsp fruit salt and mix gently.

  • Grease Plate with oil and pour batter and cover and cook

  • Heat 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp hing, 4 kadi patta allow to crackle.

  • Add Tadka on Dhokla and garnish 1 tsp chopped coriander

  • Serve with Mint Chutney
