Protein dense, soft, moist steamed cakes made traditionally in Gujarat and now a well known famous breakfast option available worldwide. Mint chutney is very refreshing which aids in digestion is a perfect meal option and making it a complete dish for children.
In a bowl add cooked chole, 2 tbsp suji, 1/4 tsp haldi ,1/4 tsp salt , 1/4 tsp green chilly paste, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste & add water and mix well, add 1/2 tsp fruit salt and mix gently.
Grease Plate with oil and pour batter and cover and cook
Heat 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp hing, 4 kadi patta allow to crackle.
Add Tadka on Dhokla and garnish 1 tsp chopped coriander
Serve with Mint Chutney
